Chris Rigsby, Relationship Manager, joined the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation team early in 2018 to work closely with professional advisors. Chris’ main focus is to help professional advisors navigate the topic of charitable giving with their clients.
With nearly a decade of experience in the mutual fund industry and most recently working at Ivy Investments as a Senior Regional Sales Specialist, Chris is an expert at creating relationships with professional advisors. Chris received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and his Masters of Business Administration from Baker University.
“I love that I get to meet advisors from many different fields – from financial advisors to CPAs to attorneys – and help them understand how donor-advised funds and other Community Foundation services can help their clients meet their financial and charitable goals. Every client is unique and that allows advisors to customize giving programs for each of their clients when they partner with the Community Foundation.”
