Hurricane Relief: How to Help Now

Hurricane Harvey and Irma

Hurricane Harvey hit southern Texas in late August, dropping a record-setting amount of rain in Houston. Shortly after Harvey devastated Houston, Hurricane Irma tore through the Caribbean, Florida and continued on through the southeastern states. Leaving thousands stranded, the storms are expected to leave extensive damage and will take years in recovery efforts. 

Here are ways you can help now:

Heart to Heart International

Heart to Heart International is providing medicines, medical care and humanitarian aid in Texas, Florida and beyond. They plan to keep their teams on the ground as long as they are needed. Learn more about their hurricane response and make a donation.

Support Foundations in Affected Areas 

Greater Houston Community Foundation
Mayor Sylvester Turner established the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund at the Greater Houston Community Foundation. Here are instructions on how to donate.

The Miami Foundation
